Message	Unless it had something like a 1/4in deflection or more, I wouldn't worry about it. Even if the dent was enough to alter the mounting point of the lower control arms, it would alter camber which can be corrected. Those engine cross members are serious pieces of metal. In my opinion, only an impact can cause anything of that magnitude, in which case, there probably would but other damage to worry about.
